All items must be paid for in full prior to shipping. Payment is by Credit Card via Stripe or Paypal at checkout. If you would like to layby or pay in instalments, please contact us by emailing sarah@mensforthmillinery.com.au

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all pieces and our products are delivered via Australia Post. If pieces are ready-made, they will generally be posted the next business day. If pieces need to be updated for you – change of elastic colour and additional comb, please allow 2 business days and contact us once the order has been placed and paid. Custom-made pieces may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so please get in contact if your piece is required sooner.

Items are packed appropriately for each piece.

Pieces can be shipped Internationally. Please email us for international shipping rates.

Every piece is checked thoroughly before being shipped. If you would like more photos of a piece at different angles or if you are unsure as to whether a colour will suit please don't hesitate to email us.

Please note, Mensforth Millinery can not control or be held accountable for parcels not arriving in time. If you are ordering close to an event date, please contact me prior to placing an order.

Custom, One Off and Personalised Products
Due to the nature of custom, one off and personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your product has arrived with damage or a defect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and return post the items within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been worn or are not reported within 7 days of delivery as damaged or defective will not be accepted for return. Returned custom, one off and personalised items are eligible for repair or exchange only.

Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind. If your product has arrived with damage or a defect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and return post the items within 14 days of delivery. Returned sale items are eligible for repair or exchange only.
